Management

The Credit Union is governed under the Co-operative Society Act, chapter 88:01, the rules of the Guyana Police Co-operative Credit Union Limited Reg. No.1066 and a Loan Policy.

The Credit Union is managed by a Committee of Management; which comprise a Chairman Bro. Gavin Primo, Secretary Bro. Christopher Griffith, Treasurer Bro. Reynold Venture and six other Committee members Sis. Claire Jarvis, Sis. Maxine Graham, Bro. Errol Watts, Bro. Paul Williams, Bro. Whitney Bacchus and Sis. Ingrid Wiltshire.

The Committee is elected at an Annual General Meeting and is the Supreme Authority of the Credit Union. The Committee of Management statutory meetings are held once a month to discuss Credit Union business and issues affecting its staff and members.

There is a Supervisory Committee which comprise of three members Bro. Royston Andries-Junor, Bro. Lyndon Alves and Bro. Keithon King

A Manager and staff of ten (10) is tasked with the routine business of the Credit Union day to day affairs and a Credit sub-committee, consisting of three members are responsible for approving loans.

Managers

The Mangers who has contributed to the growth within the Credit Union throughout the years are Mr. Milton Mendonca (1969-2005) who is also the founder, Mr. Letelle DeJonge (2005-2006), the late Mr. Samuel Thomas(2007-2010)  and Mrs. Angela Harding who is presently the Manageress within the Credit Union and also the first female.
